I owe the start of this project and my training creating it to TimberForge, a youtuber who uploads Datapacks to his channel and thanks to his tutorials I was able to understand how to use this peculiar programming language. The first thing I did was make an "Among us" character, a silver fish that had an armor stand on top of it with a model in its hand. The dynamic was simple, the silverfish was coming towards me so it gave the impression of having an army of "Among us". If you're wondering why I made one of these characters, it's simple. Initially I didn't want to create a very detailed model if I couldn't get it into the game later.

It may sound funny but that's the story, (I apologize for the quality of the images because at first I never thought it would develop like this), little by little I realized the potential of creating Datapacks, so a question arose, what is the largest model that can be created using this method? This answer was not found on the internet or at least I did not see it anywhere. It is then that I decide to stop investigating and start experimenting with larger and larger models, configurations such as putting the objects on the head, in the hands, trying on zombies, armourstands... Finally, the best result I get is a 14 parallelepiped tall blocks. "How funny" (I think), 14 meters is the height of a large titan in the Attack on Titan series. In fact, I'm going to compare it to a giant from minecraft itself!

It is at this moment that I am left thinking, the giants in minecraft have not had AI for many years, Mojang simply forgot about them and the idea has been stuck in time. But an idea with so much potential, how can it be wasted in this way? No, no more. I'm going to create a datapack with everything I've learned, the best I've ever seen where hitboxes make sense, where you can swing tethered to titans, where you can kill titans in the back of the head, where you feel fear, where they have behaviors. This is how he decided to start the creation of the ODM.

With a system to say the least peculiar (due to the limitations when moving the player), the ODM is my favorite part of the entire datapack. It's fun to wear, you don't want to take it off because it gives you a special freedom. Despite several failed attempts, I decided to stick with a ps4 Spiderman-style design, it propels you where you're looking.
