Question for the Blood Eternal ability: it says the vampire can only take a bonus action when reduced to zero - is the bonus action supposed to be an ability gained from the powers? I don't see a BA in either statblock

A lot of the vampiric traits related to shapeshifting or other forms of escape are bonus actions; the idea is it that all it can do is flee to its lair, and it can use any ability that aids in that but nothing that would allow it to continue to fight.
