Yeah, they ARE worlds better off with the Mink. That's something that's always puzzled me about the Neo-Nazis' leadership: If you're smart enough to gain wealth and influence, to become a leader of men.....how are you at the same time dumb enough to become a Nazi?

Broadly correct sentiment, distorted through a foul German ubermench lens; here's hoping Mink can work with that.

It really goes to show how Barracki was viewed, when even the Neo-nazis thought he was a shit. (Though I get the feeling they disliked him for different reasons.)

A true narcissist will use what every works to "move the masses" to get what they want. Orange Man's use of the Christian Nationalists is a prime example.

Fear of losing what they have, or at least think they have. It’s why so many aristocrats joined the SS (along with their extensively documented pedigrees). Doesn’t help that Charisma and Intelligence are separate stats.

Rising to wealth and influence does not require intelligence, with Dolt45 being the obvious real world counterexample. Unfortunately wealth and influence just requires the ability to manipulate the masses. The Nazi belief system fits that well - you tell the "downtodden" masses that their lives aren't skittles and beer not because they are morons, but because "THEY" are keeping them down, and "THEY" need to be overthrown. And if you ARE a successful person, it is obviously because YOU are simply better than everybody else, and every success was entirely due to your innate superiority, and not from any help from other or luck.

Our two OMA boys are wearing the same expression. If she could see that, she might wonder if they enjoy their jobs a slight too much. If they don't high-five after the call concludes I will be surprised.
