HAHAHA! He's called Savage Squirrel for a reason.

For a henchman/mook, I gotta give him credit. He fired 3 shots (I see/hear 3 shots but see 4 shell casings flying???) with barely any time to aim, he used both hands for his gun, and all 3 shots hit, 2 in the upper body and one in the head. That's frankly some good shooting. Okay, it didn't work and he was dead the very next second, but that wasn't a half-assed effort.
