Does anybody on here know a Hollywood-type agent? We need to replace the AC/furnace in the house, and I figure selling the TV rights to my stories might just about cover it.

The problem with houses is you have to keep them up. I had to replace mine a few years back. Speedy indeed. I added a very high end air filter for my allergies, that was half the cost. And worth every penny. I'm not intimate with the climate in Tulsa, other than you melt in the summer. Will a heat pump deal with the winters? Should be cheaper than a separate furnace and AC, what we have in the frozen north. Wait...didn't the Mink lift her whole car once? What's a Yule Cat?

Tuscon, not Tulsa. A heat pump would be good for winter, so Karno probably should consider that. I hope the "need to replace" is "it's time", not "it's not working" - I know my family in Phoenix is already in "fear the sky-orb" mode. And Karno - if you don't have solar, you should definitely try to get at least 3kW.
