day trip (Patreon)

Working more on the early bits of this story. Lark's home life in the original world idea was as a subsistence farmer and hunter who occasionally journeys to nearby villages to sell extra goods and trade for interesting trinkets. I tried to depict the journey there in this painting, as well as introduce more of the local wildlife :D

I've sort of been testing the waters with previous paintings (some of which may end up being used later) but I think this is the first one I'm really happy with including in the actual story.
