Artbooks n things (Patreon)

Hello!

Yall may have noticed I'm painting a lot of cats with fishing rods and witch hats (well one specific cat to be precise). I wanted to take a little bit of time to talk about my newest pet project that I'll be hopefully chipping away at for who knows how long.

But to start, this will eventually be an artbook that loosely follows a worldbuilding story. The pieces will have some amount of relationship to each other but will mainly serve to illustrate this world as a whole. I think this'll be way easier for me to maintain as it's essentially just painting a bunch of related images at my own pace rather than forcing myself into an update schedule. (Apologies for anyone who was following the DM comic btw, I still have plans for it but I figured now was not the best time to attempt them).

The world centers around a post apocalyptic setting of unknown cause in a place populated by cats in witch hats and raincoats alongside humans. They use magical fishing rods to catch magical (and non-magical) fish c:

Anyway I'm excited to post more about this as I go! I've been having a ton of fun exploring this stuff and it's honestly been really refreshing to be this into my personal art again. Hopefully you all will like it as well <3
