Silence had fallen on the office. Rows of tight workstations were now deserted, as their occupants left to return to the comfort of their homes. The soft humming of computers filled the empty space with a reassuring tune. In the distance, a bright neon broke the obscurity as a safety door crashed open against the wall. As it creaked and clicked back into place, the piercing sound of stiletto heels echoed throughout the empty space.
For Lena, it felt like the day had started a week ago. The only thing she could remember from the morning was seeing the clock pointing at 6:47AM as she arrived on her office’s floor. The rest had gone by in a blur as she oversaw an important operation on the other side of the globe from a situation room. Bureaucracy had never been Lena’s favorite. Trained to be deployed on the ground, she found the idea of managing operations from afar cowardly. Alas, she also knew that her position was no longer one of non-stop action. Sometimes, she needed to stay behind for routine operations like today’s.
Passing by an empty workstation, Lena stopped to look at the tiny clock displayed on the sleeping monitor. 11:02PM. She sighed, knowing she would need to stay for a few more hours to make sure her team had done the job. Her ring clicked in annoyance against the glass container she held in her hand. “At least there’s that…” she thought to herself as she made her way towards her office.
Cpt. Lena Oxton. The words shone brightly on an LED screen, contrasting against the dark color of the door it was attached to. Of course, climbing up the ranks came with perks, like having one’s own closed office. The gift of privacy was one Lena had come to cherish since she started pulling off those long work nights. Opening the door, the young captain turned the lights on, illuminating the cozy space with a warm glow adapted to the late hour. In the back of the room, an LED wall displayed the information she needed to keep an eye on her operation. Lena sat in relief as she glanced at the screen - nothing required her attention, for now.
Finally able to breathe, Lena carefully laid the glass container on the floor before turning towards her desk and waking the glass monitor in front of her. Large amounts of data danced across the screen, revealing that the agency’s biggest problem was not going away anytime soon. “Bloody hell…” Lena thought to herself as she rose back up to grab two bottles of beer from the mini-fridge behind her. Popping the first one open, she quickly downed its content, not realizing how dehydrated she actually was after an entire day in the situation room. Lena opened the second bottle, taking a sip for good measure before deciding to slow herself down and check the latest reports she had received.
Despite their best efforts, the Anomaly was not showing any signs of stopping. The past two weeks had brought hope as the amount of victims suddenly dwindled, but if the latest numbers were accurate, it seemed cases were on the rise again.
“Guess you’ll have new friends soon…” Lena seemingly spoke to herself. “Speaking of new friends!” she continued, taking a sip of her beer before placing the bottle beside the mysterious jar. Grabbing the glass container, Lena rose it up to her face and peeked inside.
“Hope this wasn’t too bumpy a ride, little ones.” Lena smiled. Inside the container, two women no taller than 2 inches tall looked at the young captain with horrified faces. “Come on, let me get you out of there.” Lena continued as her free hand grabbed the metal cap above the tiny prisoners and twisted it open. “Here, have some fresh air…” Lena giggled as she brought the jar back down, laying it on its side to let its occupants out.
Kicking her heels off, Lena sighed in relief as her toes finally moved freely after a full day stuck in her stilettos. The cold touch of the polished concrete floor against her feet felt holy. Realizing the sight she offered her two new rescapees, she slid her feet backwards, leaving two long traces of condensation against the dark floor.
“Sorry about that… Long day.” the young captain awkwardly laughed as the tiny women slowly dared peeking outside their transparent prison. Looking around the room, Lena searched for signs of disturbance. After carefully examining every corner, she finally admitted herself beat and relaxed back in her chair. “Alright, you win. You can come out now.” Lena spoke with an amused smirk on her lips. Suddenly, three tiny women emerged from the darkness beneath the long cupboard holding all of Lena’s gear and medals. Lena watched their slow and long trek across the room with amusement, her gaze progressively lowering towards her feet as the tiny women approached.
“You’re getting good at this, Loves” Lena giggled as the tiny women dropped to their knees between her feet.
“You said we should stay hidden as long as we don’t hear you calling us, so we did!” the shrunken woman on the left shouted as loud as she could, hoping to be heard by the titaness.
“Good girls…” Lena smiled at the blushing trio.
“So, does that mean we can…?” the tiny woman continued, clearly too shy to develop her question any further. Lena paused for a moment, faking to think about the unfinished request. Glancing at the kneeling girls to gauge their reactions, Lena finally broke the suspense.
“Sure, I’ve left you for the entire day and you’ve been good in the meantime. Go ahead, little ones.” The new arrivants couldn’t believe their eyes. Two of the three tiny women rushed towards the giant feet firmly planted around them and started kissing them tenderly. They both looked at each other, wondering whether to be confused or disgusted by the act.
“You’re not in the mood, little thing? Pretty sure after today, they could use your help.” Lena’s voice fell down on the third shrunken woman, still kneeling. Daring to look up, the tiny girl saw a hint of confusion on the titaness’ face, raising an intense sentiment of guilt inside her.
“I’m sorry Miss Oxton. I hope you don’t mind. I just felt like staying here with you.” the tiny woman’s voice finally spoke.
“I don’t mind, little one” Lena kindly smiled, bending down to pet the tiny woman’s head with her fingertip.
The exhausted captain took a moment to relax, enjoying the soft touch of her tiny servants’ lips and tongues caressing against the warm nylon covering her feet. Despite months interacting with victims of the Anomaly, it still felt incredibly awkward for her to have them serve her in such a weird fashion. After testing these little humans in every way conceivable, Lena had found she was more comfortable letting the tiny things decide for themselves what they wanted - relying on their gratefulness to finally be saved from the cold empty lab they were stored in to get them to obey her. With a bit of time, it seemed the victims’ minds shaped reality in a way that put her on top, naturally bringing them to submit to her requests. A coping mechanism of sorts, if Lena properly remembered the research team’s boring report on the topic.
The light buzz in her pocket took Lena out of her reverie. Reaching in, the young captain grabbed her phone and unlocked it. Five messages coming from the same contact - Ems. Lena had met Emily a few months back, the two of them quickly becoming good friends. In a surprising turn of events, Ems had been the faster one to steal a kiss from the other on a cold winter evening. Since then, Lena’s heart raced every time her petite redhead of a girlfriend’s name popped up on her screen.
Emily: (6:47PM) What time are you coming back tonight, Love?
Emily: (8:12PM) I’m eating all the bolognese since you aren’t here…
Emily: (8:26PM) Lena?
Emily: (8:59PM) Late night, huh?
Emily: (11:09PM) Going to bed soon, I’ll see you in the morning?
Lena couldn’t help but feel guilty as she read Emily’s messages. She had promised she’d try to spend more time home and had failed to do so once again. Falling deeper into her reclining chair, Lena’s fingers tapped against the screen.
Lena: (11:10PM) Sorry for the radio silence. Tough day, couldn’t answer. I won’t be home till morning. Forgive me? <3
Lena stared at the screen for what felt like hours before three bouncing dots popped under her last message. Few things could unnerve the great Lena Oxton, but those three stupid dots in Emily’s conversation feed never failed to do so. “Come on…” Lena thought, hearing a faint screech as she realized she had mechanically flexed her toes on one of her tiny girls. Too preoccupied by how mad Emily was, Lena remained focused on her phone. Finally, the notification noise chimed.
Emily: (11:11PM) Not sure yet…
Lena smirked, knowing too well what Emily was trying to do. Her fingers started typing again.
Lena: (11:11PM) Hmm, what could help you decide?
This time, Lena didn’t have to wait long before the bell rang again.
Emily: (11:12PM) I don’t know… What do you have on offer?
Lena could feel the thrill of the conquest surge within her tired body as her fingers furiously typed.
Lena: (11:12PM) I’ve got a terrible situation in Hong Kong, missing personnel in four different hubs, a dry sandwich, 2 and a half beers and a bottle of whisky. Found your dream yet?
Lena smiled as the three dots bounced in and out of view as Emily typed and deleted her next message.
Emily: (11:14PM) Really? That’s all you have… Miss Oxton?
Lena’s grin grew wider as she read Emily’s reply. She knew her too well. She could see the redhead turning around in their bed, the sheets safely tucked between her thighs as she desperately looked at her phone hoping her girlfriend would feel guilty enough to indulge her.
It had been a funny coincidence after all. Just a few weeks after Lena and Emily had met, the first victims of the Anomaly showed up from nowhere. While Lena had to keep the situation confidential at first, she had found it quite hard to do so when her new girlfriend started telling her about her weird fantasies of being all small and tiny, walking up and down her body and basking in her giant glory. Unfortunately for Emily, the Anomaly becoming a public matter wouldn’t temper her kinks. On the contrary, seeing her lover handling people the size of her nails just made her grow jealous of the little things - though never enough to envy swapping places. Since then, Lena’s proximity with the unfortunate souls brought to their world in a reduced state had become her strongest joker when needing to get out of tough situations - just like tonight. Lena’s slender digits started typing once more.
Lena: (11:14PM) Miss Oxton, hmm? Is someone a little flustered all alone in that big bed of mine?
Lena giggled to herself, getting the tiny tongues running against her toes to stop for an instant. She knew she was turning the situation around. Now, she’d have to make it worth Emily’s while.
Lena: (11:15PM) That’s an awfully long amount of typing you’re doing Ems. Are those keys too big for you?
Lena pressed send and laughed as the three dots suddenly disappeared. Mechanically, the brunette’s free hand slid down towards her waist, where her fingers softly brushed against her crotch’s seam. The three dots appeared for an instant, before being replaced by a new message.
Emily: (11:15PM) Maybe…
Lena immediately started typing again.
Lena: (11:16PM) I do have a tiny little thing here with me looking just like you. She doesn’t have your hair, but it’s clear what color’s hiding under all that blonde. Almost feels weird having her look up at me.
The answer came without hesitation this time.
Emily: (11:16PM) C’mon, you gotta show her to me!
Lena’s grin grew wider as she felt her girlfriend quickly wrapping herself around her pretty fingers. Despite starting the conversation on the hook, Lena didn’t feel like giving into Emily’s demands just yet.
Lena: (11:16PM) I don’t know. I feel I should negotiate a bit here…
Emily: (11:16PM) You’re the one working late when I cooked dinner, you owe me.
Lena: (11:17PM) Is that right now? Funny, I’ve never owed a bug anything before…
Emily: (11:17PM) C’mon Lena! Show me. Pretty please!
Lena: (11:17PM) Already much better ;)
Emily: (11:18PM) Really? You’re gonna make me beg?
Lena: (11:18PM) Are you going to?
Emily: (11:18PM) No.
Lena turned her head towards the clock displayed on her monitor. 11:19PM. She waited, enjoying her tiny helpers’ hard work. 11:22PM. Lena’s phone chimed once again.
Emily: (11:22PM) Still no.
Lena: (11:22PM) You’d look so good doing it though ;)
Emily: (11:23PM) I’m not reading your messages. Going to sleep.
Lena: (11:23PM) On your tiny little knees. Trying to look past my toes to see my face…
Lena: (11:23PM) Begging with your itty bitty voice…
Lena: (11:23PM) “Oh please, Miss Oxton, let me see. Let me see, please…” :D
Emily: (11:24PM) I hate that you remembered all those things but can’t go get groceries without forgetting half the list.
Lena: (11:24PM) It’s cause I don’t care about the groceries.
Lena: (11:24PM) You’re dodging though, you wanna see or not?
Emily: (11:25PM) Please Miss Oxton, I’ve been good all day. Can I please see?
Lena: (11:25PM) Good girl ;)
Lena: (11:25PM) Give me a sec, I’ll make it good for you.
Lena regained her composure as she bent forward to get a better look at the tiny women on the ground. The warmth between her legs sent a shiver through her body as she moved. Below, the shrunken women all paused as Lena’s gaze met their own. She couldn’t help but find it amusing. Wherever they were from and whoever they used to be in their worlds, they all ended up uneasily steady every time she looked in their direction. Lena could see her three office helpers still in place, while Emily’s look alike had finally found the courage to exit her glass prison. She was looking at the kneeling woman, an air of confusion drawn on her pretty face. Of course, Lena understood. It was the first real interaction she was witnessing since the Anomaly had taken her - it was objectively weird by every standard.
“You girls keep doing what you’re doing.” Lena kindly spoke, feeling her helpers’ little tongues get to work once again. Above, the giant brunette opened her camera app, bringing the scene into focus. As Lena pressed Record, a bright red light turned on at the back of her phone, catching some of the tiny women's attention. A smirk grew on Lena’s face, imagining Emily watching the video. It was already bizarre enough to fit Ems’ expectations, but Lena knew she needed to really sell it if she wanted her girlfriend to never think about her canceled dinner plans again.
“Middle one. Yeah, you. Bow.” The command sounded stern in comparison to Lena’s usual kindness. It resonated through the tiny crowd, leaving enough anguish for the tiny women at her feet to double their efforts, just in case. The middle helper looked up to see Lena’s finger pointed right at her. Without a second thought, the tiny woman obeyed, prostrating herself before her master. Lena smiled, trying to keep her threatening finger in the frame for Emily.
“Lower…” Lena commanded. The tiny woman’s heart raced even faster, fearful of displeasing her protector in this new world. “Lower…” the shrunken helper heard again, this time more softly. She could feel the strain in her knees and back as her forehead finally touched the cold concrete floor. “Good girl. Now, stay.” Lena finally said, this time with kindness. The tiny woman breathed out in relief, holding the painful position.
“You, next to her. Yeah, newbie. Say hello to the camera.” Lena giggled now pointing her index towards Emily’s tiny look alike. The tiny woman could barely comprehend what was going on, wondering about why she was expected to simply obey this giant stranger. “C’mon, be a good tiny Emily.” Lena said teasingly, knowing she would leave the tiny woman even more confused.
On her right, the shrunken look alike heard the angry whispers of her bowed companion, asking her to simply comply. She was stunned. Overwhelmed by the humiliating situation she found herself in. Under the pressure coming from all sides, she finally obeyed, waving upwards and shouting hello at the top of her small lungs.
“Oh good. Tiny Emily can be obedient. Perhaps she deserves a treat…” Lena teased, turning the camera towards her before cutting the recording and sending it to her eagerly awaiting girlfriend.
Despite making sure her tiny rescapees always felt safe around her, today’s events had made Lena want a bit more. Reaching down to grab the unfortunate newcomer, Lena felt the lukewarm wetness between her legs spread as her phone buzzed 5 times in rapid successions.
I come back to rendering with a mighty trilogy featuring our favorite British gal! Apology is the first of three renders - so there's more coming soon. Considering Apology's story is about 3,000 words long on its own, I felt delaying the release of the other chapters a bit would allow y'all to enjoy each a bit more.
I really wanted to bring Tracer's office look and better incorporate it to her lore. Also, I'm really happy to finally introduce Emily in the Victims of the Anomaly universe. Over a dozen chapters in, I know, but I think it was worth the wait considering the twist she brings to this whole story. I hope you enjoy the dynamic going between those two :D
As always, I hope you'll enjoy this new piece!
