July Content Discussion! (Patreon)

In three weeks time, I will not have a patron-only comic. That's because the artist for that week's single frame comic was hesitant about me monetizing it. So that week's comic will just be straight to the public, but i think you'll enjoy it regardless!

After that it will be back to the normal comic lineup I've been doing.

Comics:
I have two fun things coming the next two weeks. I tried my hand at doing some actual comic pages. I'd release them early for BTS patrons, but I don't want a risk of them leaking until a special event has passed. So look forward to that.

Writing:
It's no secret I haven't posted many stories recently. That's because my focus has been on on the comics and visual novel. They help pay the bills, and since my rent jumped over 200 dollars in the past few months, i need that income stream.

That being said, I have written a few things that just need to be polished. I don't know what of them I will get to this month, if any. But writing is happening

Myre's Massive Mealtime visual novel:
The goal is to polish the content that is there currently. Basically it's like the first 1/4 or 1/3 of the final content. The plan is to get the content nice enough to release a public demo.

What does that mean?
-I have two artists paid for a background image each.
-I have an artist paid to make a custom piece of music.
-If Clinko is available, it's possible there may be some more art from him too.

Now all that depends on delivery timelines. So that may vary by release.

The other plans for the demo are:
-Editing and revising the current script. Pacing. Feel. polish.
-New content here and there (filling out small moments to make sure everything feels cohesive)
-Some experimental functionality that i'm still playing with (being able to toggle some content in the options menu)

Now when do you get to see it? Now that is a good question. I'm considering a few release schedules. It might be two weeks exclusive for BTS patrons, then two weeks exclusive release for all patrons before it goes public. or it may be four weeks each.
