My American followers? (Patreon)

Like I mentioned some time ago, there was a “friend” of mine who first offered help in exchange for a nude reference, but after my work was done, his family started threatening me using my work, demanding for endless money to “avoid trouble”. I didn’t pay and they really made my PayPal account banned, also my roommate’s who didn’t have anything to do with NSFW art. I thought the story was over and simply posted a warning for other artists in Twitter: “be careful” + screenshots + I shared names he used on PayPal (not exact address) and a city name from his public profile (not exact address/location/phone number either). Later the person removed his public page and the family started accusing me for “doxing”! I removed my tweet, but now they say they can ban me from the Internet, including Twitter, Patreon etc showing my tweet screenshots to lawyers/police. My local lawyer told me that it wouldn’t be considered a crime at my state (unlike their actions). However, all my social media belongs to American companies and I don’t know much about my rights there. This is awful how they have already cut me and my roommate off from our money, banned our PayPal accounts and even made me ask for donations to save for my surgery in time! But it’s still not enough for them! I assume they really want to cancel me at all because I didn’t pay them!

The family member tried to excuse themselves and gave me some background to the story. However there are people around who claim they know the family giving the opposite information (some of it fits what I already know). Sooo I’m confused. If you have some valuable information or advice, I’d love to listen. I always feel I’m being punished for just trusting and being nice to a person in the past =_=
