Serafima and Wilma are characters I am not familiar with. People will generally vote for the chars that they know more about, and as a result have a stronger connection with, than characters they know very little. I may suggest setting time aside to do drawings/backstories/etc. of the less popular characters to help familiarize them to the audience.
