Hi!

A couple months ago, I posted a personal video on here about my journey with addictions. Using the plural form, because whether it was addiction to food, self-hate or weed, I was able to surpass what was holding me down at the time, each time, despite it being truly difficult.

Even if each addiction was beaten down on their own timeline (8 years ago, 5 years ago, 2.5 years ago), I wanted to wait until I felt confident in my ability to lend a helping hand coming from a place of experience and self-trust.

Each time I was renouncing an addiction, my process got better and better.

In this meditation tape, I ask you questions that have helped me a lot. They say that once you see your motives, you can't unsee them.

Journaling, asking myself deep questions, and making meaningful choices for my future were important factors in my success. And the success isn't due to us, it doesn't happen quick, but we can build it everyday.

Everyday you'll feel stronger, more capable, and a little bit more trust worthy, a little bit more honest with yourself.

With this video, I hope to share some of the most meaningful questions and steps that helped me along the way. Of course, this is a personal meditation for YOU, so I do not talk about specifics of my experiences (yet). If you are interested, however, I have this video on Patreon under the "Life" category.

If I can tell you one thing, it's that I feel so much better now. I feel deeply connected to myself and present in my life. I wish the same feeling of freedom to anyone who is struggling with addiction. If it's not you, it can be someone you know.

Have an amazing Tuesday,
Masha

The last bit of this was so beautifully said in the description.. I’m proud of you, Masha. Addiction is a hell of a thing to break free from. There’s so many people out there who are, and I hope this finds them ~ Thank you, keep going, love. There’s so much more waiting for you out there. Always cheering for you and everyone.
