this is also what my mom teaches and 1 thing very important yoga and stretching ,yes i cant express how iportant this is as a regular to do my mom eventually became liscened reiki and massage therapist ,which gave me more to study and learn from ,im so amazed to be a part of MASHAS group as ive never really fit in because my friends were not health type and so i was most alone go to work learn health everything and started studying words by random dictonary page reading ,and vehical mechanics was a necessity i taught myself ,,and finally metaphysics Meta is before physics is physical body metaphysical studies have been a long process with psychology and life job learning but by the time i was late 20s could build almost anything with wood or other materials ,and any mechanical or vehical ,around 40 all complete home building learned from hands on working because my dads general contractor and has a crew for everything home ,,its a great experience but painfull after a certain age as my dad is 76 still working 6 or 7 days a week
