In a preview comic (That I didn't sketched yet except two panels...), Adora asks Scorpia what happened to Catra while they were distant. She's worry about her, because she often cries and screams while sleeping begging Shadow Weaver or Hordak to stop something...

(I don't know if draw it at all, to be true. There is a chapter in JUST BELOW THE SURFACE - an excellent fanfic by @altecfenix and @Lyssandia - where it's happening quite the same thing but better! ^ O P O ^ My personal policy is "if something already exists and it's good, why make it twice. save time and make something alse"! XD XD XD)

After a little reluctance - because she is good at keeping secrets! - Scorpia reveals the punishments and threats she witnessed, even if she doesn’t know everything.

Seeing her rise rapidly, Adora believed that Catra was well in the Horde and would not leave her for that (In my opinion, when corupted-Catra told her that it was her fault that the world was shattering, Adora had not understood either that she was referring to their personal world, or how much pain contained those words ephemerally).

Knowing that her had suffered terribly, Adora began to feel guilty for not having insisted more to take Catra with her. 

Of course she's not guilty of anything. It’s just her tendency to feel responsible for the whole universe. ^ O P O ^

With this comic I want to share a little theory I have about the show. I think Corrupted Catra is not Catra for real (she had let herself fall into the void), but the guilty feeling Adora feels for their separation, who manifest themselves through her body. In fact Catra seems confused when they return to their reality after the sacrifice of Angella.
