Temperate Forests (Patreon)

Hey all!

I’ve been a little quiet this month as I’ve been a bit burnt out/stressed trying to do lots of different things at the same time. I’ve noticed that I get burnout every now and then and it’s not a huge problem as I can usually just take a step back and ill feel better after a week or so. When I get a bit of burnout I like going back and taking a fresh look at things and one of the things I thought needed some attention was forests for world/region mapmaking.

Normally It takes me ages to do these on a map and I’m sure it takes other mapmakers a long time as well, So I decided to make some assets to help the process along! So today’s post is another relatively simple but hopefully very useful set of Sketch assets for world/region mapmaking, some complete temperate forests!

I’ve been using these myself when making the next mini-setting map and it’s so nice to have a set like this so I don’t have to draw every forest from scratch! You can even mush two of the assets together, delta the overlap and combine them together!
