Hello everyone! It has been awhile, so time for a new contest!

**Create an Encounter**

Create your own roleplaying encounter in 300 words or less, using one or more of Caeora’s tokens and (optionally) battle map assets.

For this contest, writing a short description of anything that a party of characters will encounter during a roleplaying game such as a wild monster in a cave, or an old wizard on the road that gives the characters a puzzle to overcome will be exactly the kind of thing we mean. Though feel free to think outside the box and come up with something interesting!

3 winners will be chosen and will get a custom token drawn (a character, a NPC, or a monster), plus each winner will get a copy of https://www.humblebundle.com/store/keeperrl.

How to enter:

1. Grab any token you want from the Token Hoard (https://www.caeora.com/token-hoard) or from Caeora’s Patreon.
2. Create a fun, challenging, and unique encounter using the token(s), in 300 words or less. Be as creative with the text, the tokens, and any optional map you want to add.
3. Post your creation in text form, including the token(s) you chose and any map, directly to the #contests-submissions channel on the Caeora Discord, no later than the 17th of February 2021, 23:59 BST.

That’s it! The winners will be announced on Discord by Caeora on the 19th of February.

Rules for the contest as as follows:

The encounter must use one or more Caeora’s free tokens, please format the submission with the name of the token you have used as the starting point at the top or include the token image with the submission itself (whether on a map or as decoration for the text is up to you).

• The encounter submission itself must contain text of 300 words or less.
• You can optionally use any of Caeora’s free battle maps, or create your own using Caeora’s assets.
• You can use any software you want to write the submission, as long as the text and images are then posted to the correct channel in discord.
• The time limit for submission is the 17th of February 2021, 23:59 BST, any submission after the time limit will be ignored.
• The encounters will be judged by Caeora and the discord server moderators, and their judgement will be final.
• Submissions that are deemed offensive or inappropriate in any way will be automatically disqualified.
• 3 winners will be chosen and will get a custom token drawn (a character, a NPC or a monster), plus a copy of KeeperRL.
• Caeora and the moderators reserve the right to reject any request that he might deem inappropriate in their own judgement.
