The first contest is now over!

Above you can see a gallery of all the maps that I could find that entered into the contest on twitter and here on patreon! I also want to say a huge thank you anyone taking part, this was really fun and I will be doing more of these contests in the future :D

Runners up!

I judged the maps this afternoon with Dimitris from World Anvil and we agreed on some of the best maps entered and an overall winner!

First up there are three runners up, all of whom will be able to request one custom token!

This is a slight change to the contest but I wanted to reward some of the awesome maps that I thought did a really good job with a certain aspect of the process :)

Runner up #1. Foggy Night by Jechols, did an amazing job with the fog and the fires on this map, I can really imagine a band of characters waiting anxiously for some kind of terrifying monster to emerge from the misty forest.

Runner up #2. The Soul in the Stone by James Lorimer, did a great job telling a story with this map, the blood and bones, the position of the corpses and weapons are spot on and coming across this map in a forest would be a fascinating and gruesome encounter..

Runner up #3. By Waters Edge by Marc H. Lindstrom, did such a great job setting a tone and mood with the colours, the dark water the glowing shrine and overall gradient of colours is fantastic.  Even though the assets used are minimal its a great map for a lakeshore or ocean encounter!

Overall Winner!

Finally the winner of the contest is Temple Overlook by Atropos from The Foundry!

The map they submitted contained hundreds of rock overlayed on top of one another to create a map I didn't think was possible with the assets I’ve made so far. The bridge height and shadow underneath is gorgeous and the spider nest is scary little den of nope :D

And that's it for this contest, if you were a runner up or the winner please send me a message on discord or twitter with your request and I will have it done over the next week! :D

If you didn't win don't worry, stay tuned for more of these contests soon with other assets I’ve got in the works and I’ll probably increase the rewards in the future to make the contests a little more worthwhile ;)

Thanks again everyone!

Wow! These all look amazing! Wish I'd had time to put something together, but I know it wouldn't have compared to these. Well done everyone!

Woohoo! That's so awesome, thanks to Caeora for running a fun contest and I'm really happy that you and Dimitris liked my entry. The other submissions are really great too. Now I just face the near impossible task of choosing what I'd like Caeora to draw for me since "all the things" isn't allowed as an option.
