This is more of an article than a blog.. but this is a quick link for anyone that wants some tips for making a world or region map using science! Covering tectonic plates, temperture maps, weather patterns, rocks and rivers. 

These are questions I've been asked or seen floating around a few times and wanted to write down my thoughts on how they can be used for anyone making a fantasy map! :)
