Note about patreon discord role! (Patreon)

Hey guys!
With the server cleanup we did recently, we canted to condense all the patreon tiers into one role and ended up having to disconnect the patreon from the discord so we could reconnect it. I think its all set up now! All three tiers should be able to access the patreon exclusive chats in the server c:
