Tifa starts suffering her own form of Mako poisoning where her body is uncontrollably drawing in small forms of energy from the planet like a living Mako reactor but can't stop fattening up from it and might end up even dwarfing one. If that does happen Cloud can have a place to stay on her if he wanted to.

Option two:

Series: Hellsing. Characters: Seras, Integra. To stave off from drinking human blood, Seras has been consuming a lot of animal blood and has blow up to BBW size. Integra calls her to her office to scold her about her weight, but actually enjoys seeing her like this. She gropes Seras’ big potbelly, plump boobs, fat ass, thick thighs, chunky arms, chubby cheeked face and double chin. While teasing her about her new weight, loss of fitness, and tight clothes, telling her how big she’s going to get if she keeps drinking animal blood. Ends with Seras as a blushing mess, and Integra telling her that she has a big dinner ready for her.
