Hey everyone. Thank you so much for all the donations, and I really really appreciate all the feedback I've received. I'm so sorry that I haven't responded for some time to your emails and messages. 

I'm dealing with some burnout from pressure and work on the game. I will be back working on it and answering your emails and messages by this coming Monday, Sept 5. 

In the meantime, please take a look at this pixel art.

Hey, please take it easy. Just because you are loved for making this game, does not mean you are *forced* or obligated to make it. Yes, it exists to entertain us, but don't be sacrificing your own life and blood for our enjoyment. Take your time, recover, and we'll wait and support you.

Take it easy! I don't recall the specifics of the project, but for it to be a personal simple friendly project to be turning into, well, what it is now, with people excited for it, its only natural for anxiety and stress to take over. Take your time off and hope you recover nicely!

The work you've done is incredible and your passion for both game design and adventure style games in general really shines through this project. Take as long as you need, I've waited over 30 years for a zelda 2-style remake I can certainly wait as long as it takes. There's no need to feel obligated, these are donations not purchases with an expected product in mind! We would feel much happier if you could continue to enjoy your hobby, even if you work less frequently on it. Do it when you're excited to do it!
