So.

I went to see the doctor this month. 

For those who don't know, I already have a mental condition that has me at home and has been a major problem for me most of my life. I take a lot of medications and they just make it so my life is manageable. This doctor visit was because I was feeling some other symptoms. So they scheduled me for a bigger doctor visit next month and then gave me other, different medications to prevent the new problem from giving me more difficulty.

No, I'm not going into more detail than that.

The short of it is the new meds have sapped any energy I have out of me, so I've spent a lot of time in bed, napping between making witty comments on Discord or writing or editing. It sucks. It sucks diseased donkey wang. I have twice as much that needs to be done and not enough energy to do half of it. I am more frustrated by not having the doctors able to find out exactly what is wrong right now, because this feels like limbo.

Enough about me. Gwyneth got some staring time here in these chapters, but there is a tidbit in the beginning of 56 about Miaka. I kid you not, swear to God, I did not turn her into a phoenix on purpose. I mean, I always planned on making Miaka a reference to Fushigi Yuugi. Her name is Miaka WATASE (surname of the author of Fushigi Yuugi). HOWEVER, when in the middle of writing stuff, time passes and even big jokes like that are forgotten. Eventually, I had to come up with stats for Miaka to upgrade, and in my head I was thinking Phoenix (Greek mythological creature symbolizing rebirth) instead of Fènghuáng (lord of birds and part the deities of the Four Holy Beasts). I remember when I wrote this chapter, I realized Miaka was a phoenix at the same time I wrote that line! Too funny.

For those of you that don't think this is funny, go and watch Fushigi Yuugi. Just the first series, not all the OVAs or sequel series stuff. You're welcome. I wish I could write an ending even half as good.

It also makes me happy how much Gwyneth has been welcomed by y'all. I mean, how often is a skeleton girl gonna get any love in a harem with succubi or holstaurs? Also getting a taste of Fred, who I think will grow on everyone.
