Twat Talk 10: Too Many Secrets (Patreon)

Eventually, I'm going to run out of backlog. But I'm getting ahead of myself.

Going for a mid-month update here. Not going to repeat my last update, but there are some notes that will sound familiar.

I have actually been working on various things, but they've all been Top Secret projects. I should clarify. Top Secret Projects are things I work on with other people. In most cases, there are elements of me getting paid for them. Essentially, I'm doing commission work. I'm new to the experience, honestly, and still learning how to budget my time.

The current story I'm working on, TSP 3, I actually had planned and budgeted to finish this month and then have published here on Patreon. My bad, it will be put onto KU. Now, I have no problem with that, it is a commission and someone should get what they pay for. The misunderstanding was entirely on me, but it leaves me with a gap for my patrons. I will be allowed to post a preview here when everything is gone through editing and published. I am also looking to get some art commissioned before the end of the month for Honoka.

I'm all over the place, need to explain things.

First, TSP 1 is still ongoing. The betas are combing it for grammar and the client is starting to get me content notes so I hope I'll be able to get that much closer to being finished by next month. It is a bigger project than I originally thought, involving multiple authors. It will be huge when it is done, and in simple wordcount I have put in 23k words into it. Because of time constraints and deadlines, I'll be writing Portal Pussy next instead of Farm, which is just the nature of the beast. I DID already confirm with the client that Portal Pussy can be published here, so I have that going for me.

TSP 2 and 3 are both from the same client. In fact, probably within the next month as some of these projects get released, I'll make a more official announcement. Some of you savvy readers can probably already guess who I'm working with and where I'm going with this, but for now I'll act coy. TSP 2 was short work, only worked on it for one day and just waiting for final approval. TSP will be done next week and then after some beta work and editing, probably live early December.

Where does that leave you, my faithful perverts? With more Becoming Monsters. Nov 21, I'll put down chapter 36, the next part of the Wonderland story interlude. Nov 28, I'll put down chapter 37, which completes the Wonderland storyline and brings it back to the main story, and chapter 38, which is the shorter Diane chapter that updates on all the wives and characters but it has a bunch of little character tidbits in there. And that will complete Book 1 of Becoming Monsters.

Spying into my crystal ball, I see that December will have some break time for me and Spouse where I can spend actual time with my nieces and nephews. I have been teaching them MTG, I hope to start a large WH40K game with them this time. Which is why I am planning on releasing 2 Becoming Monsters chapters from Book 2 that month. At the same time, I will start staggering my release onto Literotica and Royal Road from the current 1 month and now have it as 2 months from that point on. On top of that, should hope to see at least one of the chapters of Portal Pussy and maybe even some teasing for TSP 1.

Next year, Becoming Monsters will release probably 1 to 2 chapters a month, depending, until I catch up with my backlog and get back on track to finish the book. After that, I'll just follow my outlines and write until it is done. I'll also likely finish the story arc for Therapy, make a concerted effort to finish the first "books" for Steam and Farm, and probably do a few other things. By now y'all should realize I'm just down for random, and it looks like I'll be doing more collaboration and commissions in the future as well. If I can even find an artist, maybe I'll work on that Becoming Monsters comic book that will never actually happen outside of my dreams.

Also, you know what? I have more news, and this one will surprise a bunch of you that haven't been to my Discord.

A few months ago, a fan by the name of OtterlyMindblowing approached me and asked if he could do fan fiction of Becoming Monsters. As I had just finished doing fan fiction of House For Horny Monsters, I was in a good mood and said that was totally cool. I gave him some simple rules to follow, the first of which is that this couldn't be canon and needed clear links to my own stuff. He said fine and got to work.

I was expecting something of lesser quality, frankly. I wrote fan fiction back in the day, Bethany is fan fiction, I know how it goes. But Otter has surprised me. This is a really good story. I've so far read 5 chapters, but this is the kicker: he's written 21 of them as of right now! I'll actually try and catch up this weekend because I can see how invested Otter is in this story and I actually rather like that. More importantly, he has been incredibly respectful with my own story and tries to match my rules, tone and established world building as much as he is able. I have been as helpful as I can, mostly because I can't stop myself from geeking out over my own world building. Y'all already know I can't keep my mouth shut to save my life. He has also been privy to some insider knowledge in the world building so I am actually confident in saying it is great fan fiction and if he keeps it up, I can see it turning into something more...dare I say it...canon.

Maybe a crossover in the future?
