Cassandra Purdue often sees Diesel as they work together on missions for Crimson. She would serve as operator while Diesel is operative. After a while through trials and tribulations, they would forge a bond with each other that grows beyond being teammates and fellow Crimsonites start to take notice.

There are times rather than discussing post mission matters in her office, that they partake in stoking that fire between them, especially if Diesel leaves for long periods of time. Cassie knows better than to use her workplace like this as her breaks tend to be extremely long and the messes they make would cause sanitation workers to roll their eyes and grimace.
