She travels the stars with her father, who is quite a prolific and powerful merchant. Wherever her jolly father goes, she follows in tow either in the family space yacht or on the massive cargo ship containing luxury goods or salvaged odds and ends.

She does help with providing assistance with sales and trade, but would very much rather explore where they have landed. Each time they land or dock seems like an adventure into the strange and unknown and that excites her. Due to the limited time before her father and crew departs for the next destination, she feels frustrated or saddened that her time gets cut short, but at least repeat visits do not feel dull.

Although Caprine can defend herself, she much rather avoid danger. She likes to write her experiences in her journal and take lots of photos, eat local cuisine, and collect all sorts of oddities.
