Abzu w/Digi (Patreon)

Like Rime, this is another lets play from the Legendary Lost Luigi Sessions where Digi and i made like 40 hours of lets plays in 3 days and lost our fucking minds last summer. Some of those turned out good, some of them are horrid abominations, but I'm pretty sure this is one of the good ones. 

Abzu is a game by the guys who made Journey and Flower, as if that wasn't clear from 2 seconds of looking at it. You know what to expect, a vaguely narrative stroll through a beautiful screensaver environment where at the end you go "huh... okay. I guess i felt something maybe". 

I don't dislike these games, but they are easy to make fun of and dick around with. I don't really get this one though. Compared to the other two, the story in Abzu is less comprehensible or compelling than the one in Journey, and the gameplay is less exciting than Flower. 

But it does have water and ocean. Boy oh boy it sure does have water and ocean. It's got sharks, it's got sea mines, it's got water and ocean. Come on down to the Abzu store for all your Abzu needs.
