Update 24.06.2022:
Ancient Nord Armor (male version) was completed and added to pack.


So what is this project exactly? I was thinking about it and now can give an answer.

This project is a reborn of my previous project "Skyrim SMP Armors and Enemies", which I was doing in 2019. Back then, I was simply adding SMP to vanilla meshes. Now I see that it would be strange to work on vanilla assets without touching any other aspects of meshes and textures. In 2022 I want not only add SMP physics to meshes - I want to edit textures, increase polygon count/fix armor mistakes and gaps, make armors modular, adapt and adjust them for SOS/UNP, etc. With Project Draugr I can have more freedom of what I am doing. This is not a replacer - all assets are have their own unique records in ESP, meshes and texture paths does not interfere with vanilla game or other mods.

For now male version of Ancient Nord Armor was completed (watch YouTube preview). Female UNP version of set looks completely different, and will be done later someday. SMP-enabled loincloth. Several draugr helmets were ported and adjusted to player head (all helmets have correct female version btw).

I plan to make several more vanilla armors later and already have good candidates to enhance.

Ghost version of items will be made for Ancient Nord armor sets and items from draugr enemies. This blue shader used exclusively by female draugrs that can be encountered in Labyrinthian. Funnily enough, transparent armor also exists in Dark Souls II and called "armor of Aurous". But my version can be NSFW, since both loincloth and pants have transparent versions.

Please use AddItemMenu to get armors, I was lazy to make crafting and upgrading recipes for forge T_T maybe make them for public release later.

I have noticed, that all good vanilla mesh edits that being uploaded on Patreon, attract nexusmods modders, who willing to reupload stuff or add to their mods. For this mod, I declare - no such permissions will be given to anyone. No to reuploads "for visibility", no to adding this mod into your mod, no to making a replacer versions, no nothing.
