I uploaded The Simvoy Grand Hotel to the Gallery. As mentoined earlier: it has 19 bedrooms, a reception, a café, a breakfastroom, a spa with sauna and pool, a bar, a ballroom and several terraces. A little warning, this is a big building and heavily decorated, you might have to have a stronger machine to handle it.

The main packs you would need are: Spa day, Dine out, Parenthood, Romantic garden, Jungle Adventures, Vampires and Get Famous. The Hotel is placed in San Myshuno if you want it there you should have City living, as well.

I used a lot of my own cc but also HeyHarrie's 'Heritage Collection part 2' which are amazing recolors of the more traditional base game items ( in the georgian colour palette).
