Michael's actor, Jason Patric's father was Jason Miller who was Father Karras in The Exorcist. Yes it's weird that they only share their first names, but I think Jason Patric didn't want to get work based in his father's name and fame. But the father's birth name was John Anthony Miller Jr. The son's birth name is the John Anthony Milller III. Jason Patric did well for himself in the 90's. He apparently still works kind of regularly to this day, but I haven't heard of any of it.

As much as I love the lost boys there is another vampire move that came out same year that I think is a better movie NEAR DARK you should check it out . Bill Paxton character is 👌. It's more of a horror film where as lost boys has the comedy.
