They look awesome

I've always thought using AI for fun, or creating a rough (or maybe not rough?) concept for a new OC were positive things.

I like it. It allows us people with zero drawing skills to actually produce something. I have learned a lot about photoshop style software too, as I frequently retouch what I make, like fixing hands or in my latest cases, I have been playing Frankenstein by separating and reassembling bodyparts.

As a tool to get inspiration or possible composition idea, all for it. As a means to replace everything human...naah

Oh, that reminds me, I wanted to ask if I can post images I made in your discord? They're not Hopey-related, so that's why I wanted to check on you first.

I like having interactions with the ai, the ones that represent someone as though they are the real deal.

it's ok, don't know about people charging money unless it's just a small thing on the downlow

I have nothing against software that generates art, such as Stable Diffusion, as long as it is not being used to put artists out of a job or someone is spam posting similar creations that obscure others' art and posts on a site. There are arguments whether you should be able to train it on human/'real art', or even other software-generated art, but I see that as not much different than a human themselves learning with someones' art, just done by a different engine so to speak. Is it pretentious to attack one discipline or the other, as both the artist and the model trainer-tuner are technicians that are practicing skills to create art? I don't know. Software-generated art can be used for good (fun, porn), or for evil, and personally I like a lot of what it has made.
