"[ref] From the classic series Gummi Bears, there's an episode that introduces a magic hat that allows anyone to transform into anyone uttering their name or term. 

Through many an event said hat falls into the possession of the main villain Count Igthorn at Castle Drekmore who's ultimately tricked into transforming into one of the main gummi bear characters themselves, in that case small gummi bear girl known as Sunni (see sta.sh reference for her) and the hat ends up torn apart by Igthorn's underlings shortly thereafter.

Unlike the original episode tho where Count Igthorn appears alright and transformed back shortly before its conclusion, this request offers an alternate ending to it where the magic of the hat is sapped into Igthorn-Sunni, ultimately trapping them into that form.

Thus trapped in said gummi-bear form, Igthorn-Sunni is forced to flee her former underlings out to get her and her former residence and into the wilderness of the dark rundown woods far north, yet around the area of her former 'home' with a good amount of distance left between then.

Henceforth, trapped in said form, cut off from her former lackies, unable to show herself to humans in risk of whatever fate could await her at their mercy and having no idea where her gummi-bear adversaries are located to seek help or shelter, Igthorn-Sunni is ultimately left distraught at all she's lost and wrong choices made in life that lead her towards this, completely lost, not knowing what to do now..."
