TL;DR: I am going to remove the WIP posts next year and replace them with a pinned post which will be updated weekly, containing info on what I'm working on and where to find it, along with some WIP gifs and images

[Edit: I decided not to wait until 100, I'll just start doing it once we've started next year]

As we're getting closer to 2022, and I think starting my third year on Patreon, I think it's time to make a few changes. It fits, given that from January until September, I will be able to take a day off every week to do animation.

It's come to my attention, that not everyone actually likes all the WIP posts. While there are a select few who are very vocal about appreciating them, I notice some people in the exit forms now and then will say that they are leaving because my Patreon is bloated with WIP posts.

I understand this, it makes it kind of hard to navigate my Patreon if you're just scrolling. That's why I tag my animation posts as "Animated" so that if you just want animations without WIP, you can click that tag. But it doesn't change the fact that the WIP posts become outdated after a week, and probably don't need to stay on my Patreon after that.

I've come to really like doing the WWF sketches, so I think I'll keep doing weekly drawings. But, I'm not sure if I'll continue doing weekly WIP posts. The way I think I'll update you guys instead is I will have a pinned post which I will update every week, containing links to the current animations, and which ones I'm working on this week, with some WIP GIFs probably. I'll replace the contents weekly, including that week's drawing. It'll be more like something you can come back to every week to check up on.

100 is a nice number, and we're getting close to 100 Weekly WIP posts, so once I reach that number, I'll do a major Patreon cleanup (remove my weekly WIP posts) and start doing it the new way. Maybe I'll make a .zip with all the drawings so you guys can still have those.

I'd love to hear your opinion, so feel free to comment below what you think!

Sounds good. I like the idea of your past WIP art in a folder.
