Weekly Wip Wednesday (WWW) #4 (Patreon)

I realize I've done more than 3 at this point, but this is the 4th "official" weekly WIP which I'm now calling WWW!

Due to Corona, my schedule's been all shuffled and I've been pretty busy. I have however been able to work a little bit on N00dls (easier to write than StinkyN00dls, maybe noodls is her sfw alias) and her earphones. Here's the headset so far: 

The ears are the most different from last time. They're pretty close to finished. They look more like dog ears that cat ears, but that's fine actually. Maybe she can be more like a shiba girl instead of a cat girl. What's left is some polish and details. By that I mean I'm gonna do some texture work and I'm gonna add small details like more screws and stuff, maybe a hole for a mic. I'm thinking she'll have a mic stand though so I'm not sure if I'll bother with that part.

What you're looking at here is how I divided the body up topologically before connecting the parts.This is the retopology stage that comes after doing a high-res sculpt. You can find that I used a sculpt as a guide for the retopology in a previous WWW. After this I connect the separate pieces and subdivide the mesh to add more details than I initially could with the original sculpt. I could have finished this part much earlier but I was just kind of afraid of making mistakes so I had to stare at it for a while before I continued.

I'm gonna figure out how I'm gonna do her vagina and then she's ready for the final detailing phase!!!

At this point I'm excited because I can get started on the body suit. I think I can get a pretty cool design going. So the intent is for it to kind of look like a motion capture suit, so that the body can be properly represented in VR. I've also decided to change the sex part of it a little bit to make it a little more slick. Originally, as I shared on twitter the suit was gonna have built in dildos with lube shooting out and stuff. I was thinking it would have cyborg dicks basically, something that mimicked how a real dick works: 

The plan was to have three of these, two for the crotch and one for the mouth. But I think that sounds a little unrealistic as far as a futuristic VR game would go. It's too messy, and would probably mess up the VR suit unless I started installing like, fluid collectors or diapers into the suit and that's going a little too far imo. Not my style. Also I couldn't figure out a way to have the dildo go in her mouth without it looking goofy and too BDSM-y. The suit can fake sensation, and even forcefully move your body like in this picture: 

So I thought, why not "fake" dildos too? I like the idea of a crotch piece, so instead of two dildos there, maybe like "sensation enhancers" or something. Something that wouldn't go inside her but instead make her feel like there's something there. The same could be added to her headset so that she feels like stuff is there. This way, if I want to show what it looks like IRL and not in VR, it'll look clean. And then I can overlay the VR image of her with the real life image, like this:

And then I could overlay them like this. Looking at it now, it looks hella dumb lmao so maybe I'll have to use it for comedic effect rather than anything else. 

I realize I'm overthinking but I like doing this stuff. Design is fun, even if it is just porn. I like to take it one extra level so it feels fulfilling.
