I have the same sentiments about KiCad. I try it every couple releases hoping that the user interface has been changed. Sticking with Eagle myself as I can't justify the expense of Altium for the amount I use EDA software.

Hmm, flying a quadcopter... at night... through fireworks... sure, sounds like there is nothing that could go wrong. Otherwise… could be a nice effect if you were able to short the lithium cells remotely controlled while flying… much cooler than Chinaböller! TIL: Tesla is actually using 18650 cells http://img.futurecar.com/201705/09/l_5912678158bc5.jpg Wow that's great ... looking forward to the day that broken teslas become universally cheap

Impressive stability of these Weston cells. Also looking forward for next steps on your OSMU development.

Epoxy is commonly used to tram milling machines. However, the epoxy for that application has no real bonding properties so bolts are still needed. But there is next to no give (thermal nor due to force) once it is set. Stefan Gotteswinter did a video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7Qs-J2swIc Maybe it is useful.
