New step attenuator for the spectrum analyzer (Patreon)

Still something wrong tho, there seems to be a huge dc bias voltage in the higher frequency ranges while the 30 MHz cal signal (which I've verified before) doesn't get through.

But we've come so far with this thing, there's probably not much more missing!
