It's cool and all, but I really don't need a device telling me how quickly time passes  😱

loved the video, made my day <3

I would reprogram this so that instead of displaying how quickly time passes it would display a countdown to your next video. It would be much more useful.

Holy crap! What a coincidence; I took my LCD clock apart only yesterday (to fix an annoying brightness reset after power cycle), and had the all too well known case of "the one time plastic clips" that made the thing impossible to put back together. It's now a pile of plastic on my desk. This would definitely take pride and place on my desk!

Reprogram it to where it shows your subscriber count?

It seems like hearts are given to funny or creative comments, laying out plans or containing pets :)

I have been working on designing/building something like this for a number of years now, but classes always seem to eat up any free time I thought I might have over a weekend or break...

`I'd love to have something like this! I'm old and can watch the time of my life fly by.. ;)

That’s so cool! I’m enamored with Nixie tube projects - and I’m a watch nerd. Perfect combo.

I have been thinking about building a Nixie Clock, but a) the tubes and accessories are pretty expensive for a student And b) I haven't worked with high voltage component at all. So I think this would be great. I could probe the board with the oscilloscope and my multimeter and realy figure out how the drivers and the high voltages supply work. Thats way better than just looking at schematics and copying stuff from the internet.

I do not intend to make up any excuse for having this Nixie Clock. The fact is that this little gadget would be a great addition to have in my life of a geek! :-)

Time is relative. As relative as i need to have this clock. So i could have a tool for measuring time. Counting drops falling in a barrel isn't quite acurate and I'm always late for watching your videos :-)

It would help me tell how long it has been since I committed to starting a clock project of my own using the large 5x7 LED matrix. But only if it included months, days and years in the count.

I don't really have a convincing argument as to why I need the clock most. But I do.
