With pretty high speed too, as can be seen by the squiggly lines. Those are from vibrations after a fast deceleration.

And with almost no fine-tuning, as can be seen by the 'leftovers' in between some pads ...

Exciting stuff if I may say so ...

You do these things and I struggle trying to drive an LED where I have 3.3v coming in but not enough current to light the LED. This is why I enjoy your videos you are talented!

Are multiple sweeps required? And what is the mechanical setup for moving the LED?

1 pass! The mechanical setup is the cetus 3D printer in this case, but I bet it will work even better on the eleks laser machine, because it won't vibrate
