Comms Form- Winter 2023 (Patreon)

Comms are open again. 

Small heads up that this is a copy of my regular commissions form intended to act as a shortlist for peeps on Patreon. All I ask is that you abide by the rules on pgcomms.carrd.co and I'll be prioritizing your comm in November if not December. 

I'll put the public form up on Twitter later this week, and start contacting people next week after I've finished up a few things.
