there is an interesting detail (or could be a continuity error), if you recall the scene where Holden listens to the purged distress beacon, he actually did hear Julie (as you mentioned), meaning they picked up her distress call too, as well as the bait. Also, Frank's telescope is upside down.

So many rewatches and I've never understood how Holden was hearing Julie's voice on the distress call until now. That makes so much sense.

Every season of the Expanse the writers hide a Simpsons reference in the show. A very obscure, nerdy reference. The guy Miller shot said all the criminal gangs from Ceres got jobs on Eros as cops including "Dos Arriagas." This is a reference to The Simpsons season 9 episode 5 where the Simpsons go to a soccer game and there's a soccer player called Arriaga and another called Arriaga II. Dos Arriagas, two Arriagas. It's such a nerdy reference it took people years to find it. The person who found it got an autographed copy of the expanse books from the authors. Also you mentioned the guy floating in space, his name's Diogo and I'm not sure if you noticed but Diogo was also in the 2nd episode. He was the kid stealing sewer water that Millar arrested and then immediately let go with a warning. In episode 6 his uncle said to him to follow his orders or he'd "be back on Ceres stealing sewer water."
