Hey guys, this is my last upload of 2023. I'm planning to go on a little road trip with my friends for new year so I won't be home for 3 days and there won't be any uploads in that period.
I will be back on January 2nd with uploads and poll for a new show that will replace JJK. I wish you guys all the best, much love, health and success in new year and I can't thank you enough for being here and making my day almost every day!

Absolutely insane set of episodes, who would have thought Brovada would make us cry and feel a type a way, and little Reina back with her momma, so damn sad but beautiful, and finally getting to see Ging around other humans lol I hope you have a fun and safe trip marko, we'll see you in 2024!

Alluka is a girl it’s just that no one in the family except Killua cares about her enough to call her the correct gender

And the opening just shows certain characters we've seen already meet return, and the ending is fine, it's just the same shot

Pariston is one of my favorite characters, he is just so interesting. Wishing you all the best for the new year!

The emotional Reina and Brovada scenes, the Kite plot twist topped off with Ging's unexpected appearance, damn what an episode. And the highlight of it all, we were introduced to Killua's adorable little sister Alluka. The last HxH reaction of 2023 to conclude the greatest anime arcs of history - hope everyone reading this has an amazing New Year.

Another great set of episodes and reactions Marko. Some clarifications for the questions you had. It didn't occur to me last week but the new opening does have some small spoilers, so skipping it for now would be justified. Next is about Brovada's past life as a human - Ikalgo says in episode 133 that "Brovada has forgotten his past, but he was also one of us" during his exchange with Welfin. Brovada has no memory of Gyro, but he also has no memory of his past life besides some lingering emotions he has for NGL. I'm more inclined to believe Ikalgo who has a much more complete memory about his human life. Welfin does not try to influence or force Brovada to go with them despite the likelihood of Brovada also being one of Gyro's soldiers - instead letting him decide his own way of living his new life as an Ant. A fun theory which supports this is the fact that Welfin, Ikalgo and Brovada are the only Ants we see with military weapons as their Nen abilities - as well as the only Ants which are said to have been NGL soldiers. Another clarification which I see someone has slightly mentioned is Alluka's gender. You are correct in remembering that all the Zoldyck children are male. The Zoldyck family has a clear lack of family bonding, evident by how Silva and Killua never had a father-son talk until after the Hunter Exam. This combined with how they isolated and alienated Alluka at a young age after discovering her powers, makes it clear they would not nor want to know anything about her after labelling her as "a thing that came from somewhere else". In the brief flashback we see, Silva does not gender her nor does either of the parents correct Killua when he refers to Alluka as a girl, hinting at the fact they are aware of Alluka's gender and do not mind. This can be further inferred by the fact that we see them allowing Alluka play with dolls in the flashback and by extension, how they allow Kalluto to dress as a girl. Though Silva ends up not considering Alluka a human and referring to her as a thing because of her powers. Illumi however refers to Alluka as a boy, telling Hisoka about the "younger Zoldyck brother" and how he wants to get rid of him, contrasted with how Killua refers to her - reflecting their opposite relationships with Alluka. Oh and I was also super happy when you picked up on the detail of Killua playing darts. Apologies for the possibly long winded clarification but I can't help but have so much to say when it comes to HxH lol Have a great New Year and enjoy your road trip Marko! See you when you get back! :)

Thank you very much for your comment as always, it helped a lot. Alluka's situation is kinda depressing tbh, I like how Killua treats her better, but those powers are truly terrifying tho.
