I agree that Koichi is pretty mature, but I think he and Josuke are both supposed to be 16 or something. Koichi is just really short and has a higher voice, so he seems like a little kid.

It's debatable, but many people insist that Yukako was the original yandere. She was certainly one of the first at least, and much of the yandere archetype was based on her.
