I love the deep core underlying message of Death Note of how power changes people. I think this episode shows so good how this story went if Light never was Kira, well now he literally isn't. And also Rem saying last episode how humans are a disgusting creatures. It's sad that this could literally be applied to our world, we see that right now with literal war going on.

Yo man, thank you so much for joining Patreon! I really like that about Death Note as well. It's such a good show. It is really sad indeed, that's why I'm having a hard time trusting people, it's so rare to meet a honest, sympathetic person. What is happening right now in Ukraine is so surreal to me, I'm keeping up with the news all the time, I just want to read that the war is stopped, so many lives lost and innocent people are suffering the most like in every war... I guess Erwin was right, humanity will only stop fighting when there is one person left or less...
