Model Pose Scene Changer 2.1! (Patreon)

Several changes to the MPSC for this release:

1) Wolfman is now a stand-alone character that you can enable/disable!  Don't worry about performance though -- when he is disabled (hidden), there is zero performance impact.  This change will allow me to do "couples poses" in the future.  However, with varying body shapes and sizes, this might be difficult to pull off.  In the meantime, you can make your own couples poses...

2) Nikki joins the MPSC!

3) Five new backgrounds to close from!
