Fixed some wiggling hands and feet, adjusted the Thrust slider to allow slower thrusts.

Same filename as yesterday's post, but if you downloaded previous to this post, please re-download (sorry for the inconvenience).  They are minor fixes, but they make a big difference.  The slower thrust is nice.
