In case you are unfamiliar with how the Colortone plugin works, here are a few screenshots and commentary on how to add/remove or enable/disable the Colortone plugin on a scene.

You have to add the plugin to a scene as a Misc / CustomUnityAsset asset.  Make sure you check "Select Atom on Add", and then click the "Add Atom" button.  Next, click "Select File" and it will open a window to select from all the plugins you have installed.  It's easiest to click on the "All Flattened" button on the left, and then use the search bar in the upper right.
Search for "color", and hit enter.  It should narrow down the number of plugins to just a few probably, and you'll easily be able to find the colorcorrect.assetbundle file.  Select that.  Finally, once loaded, you can toggle the asset between NONE (which is off), or to Assets/Scenes/TonemapOnly.unity (which is on).  If you want to completely remove it, you can go to the Control menu of that asset and click remove in the upper right-hand corner.

You can also rename the asset (or any asset for that matter) by clicking in the upper right-hand corner, right on the actual name.  Just start typing and you'll see the name change.  I will try to name them Colortone from now on, so they are easier to find.  In most of my older scenes I left them as their default name of "CustomUnityAsset", which wasn't very helpful...

Let me know if you have any questions.  Now that you know how to add/remove, disable/enable Colortone, you can play with it on any scene.  You'll probably need to mess with the lighting on a lot of scenes though, as Colortone can look very bad if the lighting is too bright.
