Aella 1.3 - Updated to fix dependencies (Patreon)

In order to clean up some dependencies that were causing issues in a (soon to be released!) scene, I needed to change the hair on Aella and re-package her.

The new "upper and lower" hair are very close to the original, but you may choose to keep your .2 files also, or scrap them for the new .3 files.  Your choice.
