Squarish, Overblown Nipples?! (Patreon)

If the nipples on your models start deforming and look more like squarish mushrooms than nipples, it's probably the "Smooth Passes" setting in User Preferences is too low.  I'd bet it's set to 0 or 1.  Depending on the morphs on your particular model, you'll probably need to increase the setting by at least 1 or 2.

Your best bet is to zoom in on the nipples (or body part that looks incorrect), and raise the Smooth Passes setting one at a time and see the impact after each increase.  For better performance, you should run with the lowest Smooth Passes that looks good to you.  But if you have a beast of a machine, crank it up!
