A few falyne scribbles. The basic structure of a falyne is a fox crossed with a lynx or bobcat... with wings. So canid nose, tail and feet, and the rounder face and dense fur of a feline. Ears are sort of half and half.

As with my characters Kita and Rhika falyne wings can grow/shrink to adapt to any situation. The can shrink small enough to almost be entirely hidden (handy for hybrids to conceal their falyne ancestry) and expand to a practical flight size.

They come in natural colours varying from dusty browns, tans, chocolate browns, grey, white and black. They usually feature basic colour gradients or speckled markings similar to birds.

They are overall a small species with anthro forms rarely exceeding 170cm. They also have the ability to revert to a feral form if desired.

I'll continue developing these critters, also looking into hybrids and the uniqueness they have in that sense.
