Animation Updates (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

Apologies for the delayed updates this month. A few weeks ago, we had a hurricane in the area that knocked out electricity for a few days. After that, I got busy fixing the fences and dealing with the aftermath. It was a hectic week, which delayed all my projects for the month. Fortunately, I’ve finished up those delayed projects and am almost back on track with the Roxy project!!^^

MUSHOKU ROXY Project Updates:

I’ve nearly completed animating 2 of the remaining 3 scenes I had planned for the month.

I still want to extend some frames in the first scene, so these two scenes should be ready this weekend. I already have the keyframes for the third scene as well, but I haven’t decided whether to only add simple animations with camera pans or to draw the complete loop animation.

Once all the animation is done, I’ll work on the sound. I’d love to hire a sound editor, but I don’t have the budget right now, so it will be simple sound for now, with a possible update in the future. The entire project should be completed within 2 weeks.

Other Plans:

I’ve also been drawing a lot of sketches. I’ll clean them up and upload them this week, which shouldn’t take too long. For now, enjoy the two SFW drawings i've attached here! :)

Regarding next month’s project, it looks like “All the Way Through” is leading the poll, though there haven’t been many participants 😢! I also really wanted to work on this one. I’ll keep the poll open for one more week. After that, I’ll start a new poll to see which of the 4 characters you want for this animation since there were versions in the sketch. Just so you know, I’m leaning towards the blonde!

My commission project hasn’t been moving forward. If it gets canceled, I’ll use the storyboard for a different project and concentrate on other projects. We’ll see what happens.
