After a full year together, we've lost our character artist. Hits hard like a sudden breakup, makes me feel like giving up and just going and getting drunk tonight. Gonna take a night off, and then tomorrow I'll try figuring out where to start over from scratch with a new artist, I guess.

Damn, that’s rough, especially after long involved partnerships like this. Are you keeping the existing pieces for use in the project, or archiving them for use as reference for the next artists? The only name I can throw into the mix is porniky (goes by Ky on Patreon), but I heard they closed all non-Patreon commissions last month. Their style is also very different, more anime and less realistic? Not sure if they would fit your preferred vision, but worth a shot? They’re also NSFW-friendly, much to Emily’s pleasure.

Hate to see this. Hard not to get discouraged after this kind of setback, but you still have the vision and the story. You'll make it happen.
